Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) provides a unique 12-month immersion into our business, designed to help you discover your strengths, sharpen your skills, and launch your leadership potential.As an Operations Leadership Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience through rotational learning across key areas of our business.Along the way, you'll collaborate with fellow trainees, program leaders, and business mentors to grow your knowledge and make meaningful connections.At the conclusion of the program, successful graduates will be well-equipped to secure permanent positions within our organization and drive our continued success in the food manufacturing industry.Operations Rotation OverviewIn this role, you'll work as an Assistant Supervisor, gaining real-world experience alongside seasoned plant supervisors and contributing to day-to-day production operations. This hands-on learning environment will provide invaluable insights into plant operations and the skills needed to thrive in leadership roles.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who are curious, driven, and eager to grow into future leaders.   • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, ideally in Supply Chain, Animal Science, Food Science, or related fields.
  • Participation in extra-curricular activities preferred (e.g., student organizations, part-time jobs).
  • Internship/co-op experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring different areas of the business.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work off-hours and on the production floor as needed.
  • Proven ability to deliver results on time and with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for innovation and problem-solving, with an eye on industry trends and new technologies.
