About the ProgramAt Clemens Food Group, we invest in future leaders by providing a dynamic and immersive experience through our Leadership Development Program (LDP). This 12-month rotational program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the diverse and fast-paced world of Supply Chain Management.As a Supply Chain Leadership Trainee, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals in key supply chain areas, including Customer Experience, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Scheduling, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, and Transportation. Through these rotations, you'll develop a strong foundation of supply chain knowledge, build your leadership skills, and make meaningful contributions to our business.At the conclusion of the program, successful graduates will be ready to step into impactful roles within our organization, equipped with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and leadership principles.What You'll DoAs a Supply Chain Leadership Trainee, your days will be filled with hands-on learning and collaboration:
  • Customer Experience: Gain insights into how supply chain supports customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Work on aligning production and supply with customer demands.
  • Scheduling: Learn the intricacies of production planning and scheduling alongside experienced schedulers.
  • Purchasing: Dive into sourcing strategies and inventory management with our purchasing agents.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist warehouse managers in optimizing storage and distribution processes.
  • Transportation: Work with transportation teams to understand logistics and delivery strategies.
Some rotations will provide an introductory overview of the department, while others will involve a deeper dive into specific supply chain functions.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking individuals who are high-energy, motivated, and competitive-those who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a natural curiosity for solving complex problems.   • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Internship/co-op experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for collaboration and working as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to innovate and improve processes.
