The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the reengineering of complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, with a passion for optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence. You will work under the supervision of the project manager and be part of a cohesive project team.Required Skills* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification* 4-year college bachelor degree* Minimum of 3 years' experience* Experience with Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, Project* Experience in interacting with DoD client staff and leadership in the development of processes, frameworks, communications, training, and change management materials.* Candidates must have (or be able to obtain an interim within 60 days) a DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:* Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience* Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)* Master's Degree a plusRequired Experience* Collaborate across Business Areas and Functions for planning, execution and management of process improvements, projects, and other initiatives.* Partner with the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team in project execution and to assure demonstrated performance improvements.* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed of project status and outcomes.* Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless adoption of new process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement projects. Provide support to project leaders and teams members.* Lead the planning and facilitation of continuous improvement events, ensuring success through effective communication, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.* Process Mapping using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).* Data analytic skills extracting, loading, transforming data sets and performing analytics with visualizations.* Capturing conversation details from SME interview, analyzing content, and organizing project artifacts.CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
