About the Job:
- Assist with the development, planning, and organizing of firm professional training programs.
- Communicate across multiple departments regarding all training program logistics for both in-person sessions and online trainings.
- Publicize the firm's training resources, as well as CLE opportunities.
- Manage firm's resources and materials using various office programs.
- Develop and track surveys regarding attendance and overall feedback.

- Degreed and experienced. You hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least one year of administrative work experience in a professional services environment.
- Technical. You can navigate MS Office Suite and have experience working with Zoom.
- Professional. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a mature approach to all interactions.
- Flexible. You are available to work overtime and willing to travel when needed.
- Passionate. You are excited about producing quality work and enjoy the challenge of multitasking.
