If so, we want you to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Partner!ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Learning and Development Business Partner, youll design, develop, and execute dynamic learning programs that support employee growth and align with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll assess training needs, craft engaging content, and deliver impactful training solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making high-impact decisions, from conducting needs analyses to evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Learning Program Development: Design and deliver multi-format learning solutions that empower employees and leaders alike.
  • Instructional Design: Create cutting-edge training materials using adult learning principles and the latest technologies.
  • Program Execution & Facilitation: Facilitate engaging training sessions and ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to refine programs and stay ahead of L&D trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
    • Valid drivers license and safe driving record
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong command of MS Office and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Instructional Design & Facilitation:
    • Proven experience developing and delivering learning programs (employee and leadership) across multiple formats.
    • Strong instructional design skills, and deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and blended learning approaches.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on data
    • Proficiency in facilitation, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
  • Project Management:
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certifications like CPTD, CPLP, or equivalent.
    • Experience in competency-based and role-specific training strategies.
