Job Description:
The Learning and Development Manager will lead initiatives to standardize and elevate training programs across a multi-site organization. This role requires a proactive, collaborative professional who can design, implement, and refine strategies to align employee development with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies to standardize processes across all company locations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and create solutions that enhance employee and manager performance.
- Improve existing learning and development frameworks, taking them to the next level of efficiency and impact.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of virtual and in-person training programs.
- Partner with HR teams to roll out role-specific training programs, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
- Train managers on tools and strategies to effectively develop and train their teams.
- Analyze and track training metrics, ensuring outcomes align with organizational goals.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to address employee survey feedback, specifically targeting manager training needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all training initiatives are aligned and consistent across locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Learning Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading learning and development programs, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in LMS management and virtual training delivery.
- Proven ability to develop standardized training processes in decentralized, multi-site organizations.
