We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and driving talent development. This key role will involve designing and implementing a variety of training programs aimed at improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring that all learning initiatives align with both departmental and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs, ensuring that our learning initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and growth objectives.
  • Program Design & Development: Create and customize engaging, effective learning programs, incorporating a blend of delivery methods including e-learning, live workshops, seminars, and other interactive learning tools.
  • Training Facilitation & Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops that foster employee engagement and knowledge retention, ensuring that each learning experience delivers measurable improvements in employee performance.
  • Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement robust evaluation metrics to assess the success and effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback and data insights to refine and enhance learning content, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to ensure that training programs are tailored to meet specific team needs and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Talent Development & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and implement personalized development plans that support career growth and leadership progression within the organization.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Training: Ensure all learning materials and programs comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-informed workforce.
  • Leveraging Technology: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and innovative learning technologies to improve training delivery, track progress, and enhance accessibility across the organization.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously research and integrate the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure our training programs remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or related roles. Experience in the financial services industry or highly regulated environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the financial and insurance industries is strongly preferred, as it will provide valuable insight and enhance your ability to excel in this role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
