CONTRACTOR - Learning and Talent Development Specialist Missions We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Project Manager to join our team. The contract professional will serve as a key support to our Training and Talent Managers, helping to design, coordinate, and execute impactful training and talent development programs. The ideal candidate has a background in learning and development, is an experienced project manager, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate, plan, and execute learning and development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation for training initiatives.

Support to Training Manager: Act as a backup to the Training Manager, stepping in as needed to oversee training sessions, liaise with facilitators, and handle scheduling and logistics.

Talent Program Support: Assist the Talent Manager in implementing talent development programs, offering support in program planning, participant engagement, and resource allocation.

Learning and Development Execution: Collaborate on the design and development of learning materials, manage content updates, and ensure consistency across training resources.

Data and Reporting: Track and report on project milestones, participant feedback, and overall program effectiveness. Provide insights to enhance future learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive global experience leading cross functional large-scale learning and leadership development projects and strategies, ideally as a program manager and a team leader Leadership Development experience with Senior Leaders, preferably in financial services or investment banking.

Demonstrated impact on business objectives based on learning programming.

Ability to build an overarching framework as well as individual experiences Track record of taking a pragmatic approach to solving problems, rather than an academic one Experience customizing experiences and content to meet the needs of individual business units Strong track record in delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong consulting skills (e.g., communication, influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills) Excellence in written communication, and project documentation

Excellence in communicating and presenting, especially with executive audiences Strategic mindset with a willingness to be hands on as required

Education: B.S. / B.A. degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field

Language: English, desired French
