DescriptionLearning Centers Training and Support Coordinator: This position is responsible for monitoring and scheduling all fingerprinting for the state of Minnesota through Idemia. They will also manage the orientation training schedule for new department staff. Greet and assist new hires with the onboarding process. Assist with department supply disbursement and inventory. Must be able to be flexible with hours! Some nights and Saturdays will be required.
- Set up and maintain schedule as listed with the state of Minnesota and Idemia for community fingerprinting.
- Be the main point of contact for Idemia and respond to them with any requirements needed for the fingerprinting process
- Meet all Idemia related job functions as detailed in their contract
- Maintain fingerprinting equipment and report any issues as needed
- Track all Learning Center Fingerprinting result progress
- Manage the background check email inbox, and notify supervisors when results come in
- Meet with trainees as they come into the training center
- Track trainee progress and work with Training Site Coordinator on status
- Set up trainees with training software logins
- Upload and maintain staff in our CypherWorks training portal
- Provide new staff with required nametags, staff shirts and lanyards. Keep inventory of these items and place order when needed
- Create and maintain new hire staff folders
- Notify primary supervisor on staff progress as needed, and when training is complete and they can start at their home site
- Take inventory of supply orders monthly and notify Learning Centers Training and Curriculum Support Director when items have not been delivered
- Sort and pack site supply monthly per order forms
Requirements 1. At least 18 years old AND 2. High School Diploma or GED AND 3. 6 months of related experience Benefits
