As our Learning Business Partner, you will be a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into innovative learning solutions and be a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization. You will drive learning and performance initiatives, including performance management programs, that are aligned with the organization's broader strategy, our culture of continuous improvement, and the entire employee lifecycle.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Design and manage best-in-class learning, skills, and performance programs
- Build instructor-led manager and leadership development programs from the ground up
- Act as a trusted learning business partner to align learning strategies with the needs of the business
- Collaborate with SMEs across Vontier to build and enhance learning experiences and resources that meet business goals
- Oversee performance management integration and reporting
- Create career mobility and skills pathing solutions
- Collaborate on the L&D strategy for design, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance
- Develop skills-first high-potential, rotation, and talent programs
- Perform industry research and bench-marking
- Curate and build enterprise-wide learning paths
**WHO YOU ARE**
- 5+ years of related experience designing, delivering, and managing learning programs aligned with performance objectives
- 2+ years of experience creating instructor-led or virtual instructor-led manager and leadership development programs
- A critical thinker who uses data and feedback to make continuous improvements and adjustments
- In-depth knowledge of and passion for adult learning theory and behavior change design
- Experienced in utilizing a multitude of learning modalities: virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning, video scripting, and others
- Current on the latest learning and development technologies
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong interest in driving impact and efficiency through the thoughtful application of Vontier's internal AI tools
- Resourceful, action-oriented self-starter who can overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems

The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $140,100 per year. Your base salary will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
