Learning and Development Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (remote)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm remote
Pay: $30/hr
Duration: 3 months, possibility to be extended
Job Duties:
Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
· Working knowledge of Learning & Development, Program & Project Management concepts, practices, and processes.
· Ability to brainstorm and assist in implementation of learning solutions within an assigned area of responsibility.
· Tailors communication approach to specific situations and audiences.
· Provides first point of contact for leadership and / or Team Member questions.
· Facilitates the resolution of emerging transactional issues.
· Makes sound decisions based on available information.
· Gathers, consolidates, and analytically processes information.
· Ability to adjust processes and Learning & Development methods based on feedback and new information.
· Understanding of business objectives of Company and supported region / stores business objectives.
· Understands how effective people management systems can differentiate our company from the competition
· Understands the Company product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
· Works effectively with others, in groups, in cross-functional settings, and with diverse
· stakeholders internally and externally.
· Displays strong levels of customer service.
Must have proven knowledge in:
* ADDIE Model
* Learning Objectives/Bloom's Taxonomy
* Technical/business writing
must have proven experience in:
* Building instructor-led trainings
* Writing speaker notes for trainings
* Building training for tech tools/transformations
Must be proficient in the following apps:
* Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Articulate
* Prefer proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software (such as Camtasia)
