We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Management Associate for the L&D team at a global Financial Investment Services company in Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee learning and leadership development initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across HR and business partners. The role is at least 6 months and will pay up to $43/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities
o Configure and enhance processes for goal setting and end of year performance reviews.
o Test, launch, and track business processes and milestones.
o Support Workday for HR and business partners.
o Configure, enhance, and test processes related to LMS.
o Build events, programs, and learning paths and manage attendance and reporting.
o Manage training, inquiries, and approvals.
o Create clear Workday instructional materials for HR and employees.
o Refine processes with a focus on Inclusion & Diversity.
o Oversee AI administration, including managing AI bots, by reviewing responses, ensuring quality, tagging queries, and tracking usage.
o Maintain and update department content, including the intranet, learning management system, navigation guides, and other resources for user accessibility.
o Update Talent Development process documentation to ensure compliance for annual audits.
o Proactively respond to inquiries via the Talent Development Team's email, client inquiries, and any escalations.
Requirements
· Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in human resources, learning, talent development, or related administrative role.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Must have experience with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Workday Learning, is advantageous.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-support focus, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage inquiries and provide support in a clear and positive manner. Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ), demonstrating adaptability and creativity in problem solving. The ability to collaborate effectively, ensuring seamless teamwork.
· Professional Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
