We are on the lookout for two dynamic individuals to join the Marketing Academy as Learning Operations Specialists. These new positions will be based out of our India and USA offices, working alongside the Global Marketing and Learning Teams based in the UK. These roles are pivotal in refining the Marketing Academy learning deployment strategy - embracing a 'design once, roll-out everywhere' mindset - and streamlining the logistics of our face-to-face workshops in key regional hubs. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the global roll-out of Marketing Academy programmes with a design once & deploy everywhere mindset. • Assist the Marketing Capability and Learning Operations Manager in ensuring deployment considerations are factored into initial programme design and vendor selection. • Work closely with NiiT (our Learning Services partner) to design and use suitable technologies, streamline processes/ learner journeys, facilitate effective communication, and maintain accurate documentation ensuring that learning initiatives are scalable, accessible, and impactful. • Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance the learning process using *** approved technologies (e.g. CSOD, Degreed, Miro, MS Suite etc ...). • Utilize data to inform the scheduling of training sessions, track programme performance & monitor the impact of learning solutions for continuous improvement. • Send targeted comms to maximize seat utilization. Coordinate the local execution of face-to-face workshop across a multi-country region • Manage administrative tasks related to workshop delivery including room bookings, catering arrangements, printing, and stationary requirements. • Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and event teams to facilitate workshop logistics in countries outside of the local organizers' base location. • Build and codify the deployment of face-to-face workshop with a view to developing repeat ways of working, process steps and simplifications to deliver a consistent learning experience. Help streamline & optimize learning operations within the Marketing Academy • From Demand Planning to session scheduling: Efficiently coordinate demand forecasting and align session scheduling to meet learning priorities for the year to come. • Vendor Management: Rigorously manage supplier relationships, ensuring strict compliance and cost efficiency working collaboratively with *** procurement teams. • Programme Performance Tracking and Analysis: Meticulously monitor and analyze programme performance to drive continuous improvement. • Comms & Engagement: Actively enhance programme communications to promote learning initiatives. • Learning UX Design: Understand *** approved learning platforms available to ensure we deliver the best user experience. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Qualifications, Experiences & Profile Required • Bachelor's degree in management, HR or Marketing is a plus. • A minimum of 3+ years direct experience in learning & development or event management. • Excellent Communication (oral & written) and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Confidence to work independently - making your own judgment, using discretion while utilizing *** policies and practices. • Proficiency in L&D Technologies. • Great attention to detail, a passion for delivering great customer experience and ability to spot an opportunity to improve a process at a mile off. • Open to travel if local organizer support warrants it. Preferred • You have experience in remote leadership dynamics, with a proven ability to maintain high productivity & effective collaboration when the manager is not based in the same office. • Understanding of end-to-end marketing (e.g. Growth Strategy, Brand Positioning; Innovation; Brand Engagement and Go to Market) Skills • Data driven Decision Making: Ability to make decisions that are backed up by hard data rather than making decisions that are intuitive or based on observation alone. • Effective Communications: Ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently, keeping the message clear, correct, precise, reliable and delivering it with courtesy and consideration of the recipient. • Creative writing: Be able to use your imagination and creativity to express ideas and thoughts in a way which your audience finds personal and relatable. • Digital Technology Awareness: Possessing knowledge and operational ability of how L&D digital technologies are applied and the role they play in landing learning initiatives. • Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify and then understand the motivations and behaviors of anyone who can affect what you're trying to achieve on a project; then developing relevant strategies to influence outcomes. • Process Design & Automation: Optimization of core process workflows through 'lean' methodologies and the integration of automation whilst keeping the learner at the heart of the design process. • Supplier Management: Ability to manage the relationships with third-party vendors that provide critical learning & development solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding, strategic management, and clear communication. • A natural collaborator - you'll work well as part of matrix teams; you understand the impact of one's work on the team and contribute positively to the team's success.
