We've only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.Let's create tomorrow together.The Learning Specialist I supports the organization to improve key metrics and quality of service delivered by wider teams by addressing learning needs. Works with various stakeholders to analyze learning needs, formulates learning content, performs various training activities, and keeps training records.*This is a split shift position: 11am - 7pm*Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)Responsibilities:
  • With additional support understand the latest skill needs, make connections between employees' capabilities and organizational requirements, gaps and provide employee with the right Learning and Development offerings
  • Under supervision define and implement specific learning content as per CSAT, ESAT and quality results working with internal departments/business units to appropriately address them
  • Under supervision establish basic learning structure on ZEN for the given organization.
  • Under supervision facilitate, Maintain, and create new programs for New Employees and other development programs
  • Communicate with various audiences regarding the learning event details, pre-work assignments, schedule and course changes, reminders about upcomingsessions
  • Use learning expertise and the available learning tools to develop innovative materials andexperiences along the 70/20/10 spectrum of continuous learning: on-the-job learning,assessment/coaching and traditional learning
  • Perform knowledge check activities / Evaluate learning and training programs to meetorganizational development goals
  • Under supervision captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations
  • Manage the lifecycle of a learning content
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of work experience
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of ZEN and other training tools and techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics
  • Basic knowledge of MS office
  • Basic project management skills is a plus
