A Brief Overview
The Lease Administrator will be responsible for the overseeing and tracking of leases for company locations across the U.S. This position will work closely with the field teams as an advisor in interpreting leases and helping to resolve issues. They will use superior people skills to deliver excellent service to all stakeholders while maintaining our positive culture and values.
What you will do:
Employ best practices in management of lease data within the administration platform
Abstract transactions into the lease administration database accurately and timely
Analyze lease portfolio and make recommendations to the transaction team on improvement opportunities
Provide communication of critical lease dates (option notices, lease expirations, etc.)
Produce annual operating expense reconciliations and auditing
Report regularly on lease data
Oversee lease document management
Interpret leases for field partners
Provide field support with landlord tenant issues
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
4-6 years Required
3+ years of experience in abstracting commercial real property leases and lease data management/reporting Required
Thorough knowledge of lease administration databases and best practices of database management (High proficiency)
Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to drive significant positive impact across a large-scale operating company (High proficiency)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (High proficiency)
