Job Description:

Looking for a position that makes you smile?

We're seeking a Lease Administrator to join our growing team.

How you'll make us better:

* Oversees the timely and accurate payment of all lease required charges, including, but not limited to rent and triple nets

* Receives, reviews, analyzes and processes all annual, quarterly, and monthly expense reconciliations

* Resolves any reconciliation disputes as required

* Provides oversight of monthly invoicing and tracking payment of income leases

* Obtains necessary documentation to set up location in lease database and abstracts relevant data from multiple sources

* Executes landlord changes as necessary

* Reviews estoppel requests for accuracy prior to execution of lease agreements

* Creates various financial reports on an ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Your special skills:

* Ability to organize and prioritize work, and manage multiple tasks and assignments

* Ability to work independently within guidelines and company policies to ensure collections are managed effectively and efficiently

* Ability to communicate verbally and writing

Prerequisites for success:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred

* Three (3) years of experience in lease administration required with a degree; five (5) years required with no degree

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with proficiency in SharePoint

* Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends, define problems, develop solutions, and execute strategies

* Intermediate knowledge of Harbor Flex; Medius and Sage Intacct preferred
