Title: Lease OperatorSchedule: 10/4 (10 days on, 4 days off)Hours: 12 hr daysPay: $30 - $35 / hrHierarchy Breakdown:Reports to: Directly to Production Foreman for Midland, TX area.Works Directly Alongside: All Production team and Mechanics on location to resolve relevant troubleshooting issues.*** Please Be Aware this is not an “Office” Position, This Position is a “Field” Position***Rogue Industrial Group is currently seeking Lease Operators for assignment in the Permian Basin with GAS LIFT, VRU, VRT, ESP, and PUMPJACK experience.Lease Location: Service Area Midland, Tx areaLease Operator will have the Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their RoutesHandle troubleshooting in addition to Data Collection on Wells and Batteries, these are hands on positionsAbility to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out WorkHeavy Experience with Gas Lift, and Plunger LiftESP, Pumping Unit, VRU's, and Triplex Pump Experience is a plusReading and recording all needed meter readingsComfortable with Scada and Production SoftwareLeading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keepingDEHY units is a plusTop Focus of this Position:This person will work alongside Production Foreman and/or Field Mechanic team to effectively resolve any issues on units and relevant production equipment in the field.Mandatory Qualifications:2+ years Lease Operating experience is required2+ years' experience operating GAS LIFT, VRU, VRT, ESP, and PUMPJACK systemsDEHY Experience desiredAbility to provide at least three professional referencesBasic computer skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionknowledge of production equipmentAPPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN 70 Miles of Crane/Odessa, TX areaAble to drive around 300 miles/dayMust have experience with (pumping units, plunger lifts, gas lifts, ESP's, VRU's, and VRT's)Necessary computer documentation and data entry dailyMust be willing to undergo Background check and driving record checkMust be able to pass DOT drug screeningRogue proudly provides the following Benefits:Company truck/fuel card/toolsCompetitive 401kRescue PackBoots & 3 sets of FRC's (or 6 items of clothing of your choice)Excellent Medical (multiple affordable plans), Dental and VisionFree life insuranceLong-term and short-term disabilitySafety bonusesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftExperience:Lease Operating: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
