We are currently offering an OTR Dry Van Lease Purchase position that provides you with the flexibility and support needed to thrive in your trucking career. You will have the option to select either a Freightliner Cascadia (automatic) or a Kenworth T680 (10-Speed). Our trucks are equipped with double bunks, Espar Bunk Heaters, and refrigerators, ensuring comfort during your time on the road.Our lease option comes with zero down payment; however, we do require a security deposit that will be deducted from your settlements over time. Uniquely, we ensure that you receive a competitive pay rate of 55 CPM before any deductions are taken out. This approach allows our drivers to maintain a solid financial footing as they build their business. Once the deposit is covered, our lease drivers earn between $1.06 and $1.18 per mile, along with the potential for up to an additional 8 CPM in monthly safety bonuses based on dispatch locations and load types.With our commitment to passing on the Fuel Surcharge at 100%, a dedicated driver has the potential to clear upwards of $2,000+ weekly, with some achieving as much as $2,500 weekly.
