GTR is searching for a Lease & Rental Sales Representative to join our team who is eager to help shape and expand our lease and rental division across all 13 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for shaping the strategic direction of GTR's leasing & rental operations.
  • Direct responsibility for all leasing & rental sales, existing customer accounts, and operation activities with a focus on expanding the customer base and increasing revenue streams across all locations.
  • Consult with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, or services.
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue generated and customer acquisition to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with customers to generate new business and close deals.
  • Develop detailed sales proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the leasing and rental process and address any issues or convers promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to devise effective sales strategies and quotas aligned with dealership goals.
  • Ensure proper record keeping by regularly auditing internal and external documents related to each deal.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within the transportation field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial equipment leasing preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in truck leasing operations and the freight business community preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
