MHAOK is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team in Tulsa. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our affordable housing properties are well-maintained and provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Greet potential residents and show available units
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review and move-in procedures
- Handle rent collection, evictions, and tenant complaints
- Ensure property is well-maintained and adheres to all regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience in property management or a related field is preferred
