Position Description:
ACG Property Management is currently seeking a licensed Leasing Agent to market, show, and lease apartments in a Class-A apartment building in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of residential leasing experience relevant to the following job responsibilities:
- Ensure units are in showing condition, schedule prospects for showings, communicate with prospects about the rental process, gather application documents, and run screenings (credit, background, references, etc.)
- Ability to guide clients through the rental process and nurture leads in order to convert clients and close deals
- Work with and advise senior management regarding pricing, strategy, and marketing initiatives
- Perform strong marketing outreach marketing including but not limited to collaboration with third-party digital marketing teams
- Show strong time management skills must be able to maintain a flexible schedule that will lead to leasing success
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions, competitive properties, and trends, including preparing market reports and comp sets on a regular basis
- Completion of weekly traffic and leasing reports
Qualifications & Skills:
- New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
- Weekend work required
- Broad knowledge of NYC real estate, ideally with experience in Brooklyn
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience with On-Site and StreetEasy preferred but not required
