We are looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping prospective tenants find the right rental property, negotiating leases, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local rental market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. Responsibilities: Greet and assist potential tenants in the leasing office. Show available units and answer questions about the property. Explain the terms of the lease agreement and answer any questions that may arise. Collect rental applications and perform background checks on potential tenants. Negotiate rental terms with potential tenants. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all tenants.
