Leasing Agent Position Available at Thai Binh Apartments (Seattle, WA) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

We currently have an opening for an experienced full-time Leasing Agent at Thai Binh Apartments in Seattle, WA, who will assist in resident leasing and renewals. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter, and work well in a team. If this sounds like you, then we would like to hear from you.

We offer:

• $25 per hour
• Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. (*Differs for Part-Time employees)
• 9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.)

Skills/Specialized Knowledge:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
• HUD Experience required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions.
• Ability to read and comprehend reports.
• Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
• Hard worker with a willingness to learn.
• Consistent work history and verifiable references.
• Minimum 1 year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to pass drug/background and reference check.
• Valid driver's license.
