Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce. Position: Leasing Associate Location: Fieldpointe, our 252-unit multifamily residential community located in Frederick, MD 21701. Hours: Regular office hours for this position of 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch break daily. The position will require weekend shifts, based on Occupancy (Sat/Sun), 11:00am-5:00pm on rotation. Schedule will be discussed during interview process What we offer: The Leasing Associate will receive a $1,000.00 Sign-On bonus paid as follows: $500.00 paid after 90-days of service, the remaining $500.00 is paid after completing 6 months of service. Bonus amounts will be paid in conjunction with our regularly schedule payroll timeframes, and are taxable. The hired Employee must be an active Employee in good standing at the time of the payout(s).

Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience
- Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills. Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail/follow-up technique. Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment.
