Position: Leasing Associate

Location: Ybor, FL

Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience/size of property, & duration of the assignment)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of related experience. Tax credit experience is a plus!

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (With the ability to work weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist with answering phones
• Show units to potential residents
• Walk units to ensure they are move-in ready
• Answer inquiries from tenants
• Maintain and order Office items
• Handle scheduling and calling in work orders

Position Requirements:

• Bilingual is a plus!
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
• Software knowledge such as Yardi
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Effective team player with strong communication skills
