We are looking for aLeasing Consultant at our 310-unit site in Springfield Gardens, Dewitt, NY. In this role you will be able to showcase your customer service, marketing and leasing talents, help prospective residents find the perfect new home and perform various tasks that allow our apartment community shine. Skills and Requirements:
- Previous leasing experience in residential property management or strong customer service skills
- Ability to organize the schedule according to the priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Affordable Housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits or HUD is beneficial, but we will train the right candidate!
