Key Responsibilities:
* Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the property.
* Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process.
* Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, leasing specials, and property amenities.
* Assist with resident events and other community-building activities.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
