OVERVIEW: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for developing leads, leasing units in the assigned community, maintain positive resident relations, represent the community and company in a professional demeanor. The Leasing Consultant is to adequately assist the Property Manager in all administrative duties in the absence of Assistant Property Manager, and support with leasing initiatives as needed.
