Job DescriptionPosition: Leasing Consultant Location: Fort Myers, FL Pay: $20 to $22/hour Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in apartment, condo, commercial industry or possess strong customer service. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (weekends as needed) HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description:
- Process applicants and leasing available apartments to ensure the highest occupancy at all times
- Draw up legal documentation for new leases
- Enter and manage service requests into computer software
- Renew existing leases and stay aware of all current and new Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Ensuring property tour route conditions are impeccable for showings of vacant apartments
- Ensure marketing materials are competitive and up-to-date
- Use management software to enter information and pull various reports
- Conduct competition studies, assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs
- Promote positive relationships with residents through an ongoing resident retention program
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills including strong sales abilities with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background check
- Must have own reliable transportation
