DescriptionContinuum Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team!Job responsibilities for the position include:Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartmentsAnswering leasing calls and responding to online inquiriesProcessing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reportsResolving resident issues or concernsCoordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residentsMarketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:1 to 3 years' experience in Community ManagementExperience with high rise lease up preferredKnowledge of Yardi SoftwareWorking knowledge of LRO is a plusExcellent customer service and communication skillsWorking most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)Working during inclement weather is also necessary.LCOR is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals as well as other protected veterans.
