Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Friendly Environment Can Do Attitude Entrepreneur mindset Bilingual in English/Spanish We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team, for our Northwood Apartment property. 98 units. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a background in property management. *Duties* - Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Screen and qualify potential tenants through background checks and credit screenings - Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with prospective tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings - Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise - Oversee property maintenance and ensure that all units are in good condition - Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns - Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to track leasing activities and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on local housing regulations, including Section 8 and LIHTC requirements Qualifications - Previous experience as a leasing manager and/or customer relationship management or property management is required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Knowledge of facilities management practices and property maintenance procedures - Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations is preferred - Proficiency in using property management software (such as Yardi) or CRM systems is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service to tenants, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Currently looking for one full time Leasing Agent for our property in Moreno Valley for Northwood Apartments (98 units) As a Leasing agent at Silver Star, you will be an integral part of someone's journey in finding a new home. We are looking for candidates who will provide excellent customer service, and manage the sales process. www.silverstarre.com Essential Job Functions: Conduct community tours for future residents. Generate leads and lease apartment homes. Accurately complete all applicant, lease, and resident paperwork. Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value. Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests. Experience/Requirements: 2 years of strong customer service and/or sales experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish a must Must reside in and around Moreno Valley area. Reliable transportation, valid CADL Must be flexible to support alternate sites as needed. Retail and/or hospitality background Property management background is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Intermediate to proficient levels of computer and administrative expertise.
