Leasing Manager - The Timbers at Issaquah Ridge Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier class A 337-unit garden-style community) – Issaquah, WA

As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting tours or the community and specific apartments with prospective residents
  • Administering lease renewal program through timely and accurate notification and maintaining creative resident retention program
  • Coordinating market ready needs to Community Manager including selecting, setting up, and maintaining models and mini-models
  • Monitoring accurate execution and timely completion of all applications, lease documents, move-in documents, and all paperwork
  • Reviewing and approving or declining applications for residency in coordination with the Community Manager
  • Ensuring all leasing activity and all traffic is accurately recorded and entered daily into the computer system
  • Accepting service requests and routing to service team, conducting service follow up with residents
  • Coordinating with Community Manager on developing and maintaining marketing, advertising, and collateral materials
  • Monitoring advertising publications and media, making ad recommendations to the Community Manager, keeping track of publication deadlines and advertising costs per lease, monitoring effectiveness and makes timely recommendations for changes
  • Monitoring the number of net leases each month by the leasing team
  • Adhering to all local/state laws and complying with company's policies and procedures
  • Assisting Community Manager in developing the advertising and marketing budget, working within the guidelines of the approved budget, consistently seeking ways to maximize the efficiency of related expenses without compromising the quality or image of the community
  • Completing monthly market surveys and marketing plan for the community, reviewing with Community Manager
  • Participating in the hiring, training, direction, and management of Leasing Consultants
  • Planning, coordinating, and participating in monthly resident activities
  • Assuming management duties in the absence of or at the request of the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in multifamily leasing
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
