Job Title: Leasing Agent

Location: Onsite in NE Portland, Oregon

Contract Duration: 3-4 months with possibility of conversion

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our client's team for a 3-4 month lease-up contract in NE Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus.
