Position: Leasing Support Specialist Department: Training & Development Location: The Monastery, Mt. Adams (Corporate Office) Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM No weekends required. As a Leasing Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional leasing support and customer service. What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment leasing or property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Yardi.
- Work history showcases dedication to a team and its mission.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work use.
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Provide remote leasing assistance to apartment communities throughout the Towne portfolio.
- Monitor community email inboxes, voicemails, and social media messages.
- Respond to resident requests and schedule appointments.
- Conduct remote leasing tours and provide administrative support during the absence of on-site community personnel.
