The VIG Old Town, 1527 N Wells Street The Whale, 2427 N Milwaukee AvenueWelcome Back Lounge, 2423 N Milwaukee AvenueThe VIG West Loop, 312 N Carpenter StreetJOB DESCRIPTION:Strong understanding of all FOH and BOH positions.Liquor, Beer and Wine inventory will take place on a weekly basis and cost of goods sold will be calculated using Ctuit Software.All matters regarding health code violationsAll LBW ordering China and Smallware maintenance and inventorySet smallware ordering pars based on product mix. Training all FOH staff as well as ensuring FOH Human Resource files for each employee are complete and correct.Hiring and training all FOH ManagersCalculating labor costs for FOH employees.Oversee FOH employee scheduling, which will be written on a weekly basis.Educate FOH staff on food and drink preparationIn charge of all FOH Repair and MaintenancePut checklists and systems in place to standardize operationsCreate consistency for entire beverage programWork with Events Manager and Executive Chef to plan and price private events.Ultimately responsible for service consistency BENEFITS & PERKS: $300 a month towards company medical and dental planPaid Time Off: 10 days a year, gain one day each year maxing at 20 days a yearPaid Cell Phone Meal Comp program $600 a quarterBonus: If all sales budgets are metLegacy Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
