Job Description: 12Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant in Minneapolis! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 5+ years of strong legal administrative assistant experience to join and support the continued growth of our Minneapolis legal team! Some things you can expect to do: Support real estate transactional attorneys and paralegal with real estate closings and related corporate filings Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Xcel, Sharepoint, and similar database tools to support the drafting and revision of transaction documents File opening, management and closing using electronic database Draft correspondence, coordinate closing document execution, collation, and distribution. Manage and coordinate execution of documents by senior executives. Records management, including organizing and maintaining legal documents and records offsite and electronically. Interfacing with accounting to facilitate check requests and other funding requirements in support of closings Handle electronic invoicing, coding and routing of external bills. You will really stand out if you: Have experience in a law firm or legal department Are self-directed with the ability to work independently with diligence Can handle competing priorities and manage time well Communicate proficiently, both verbally and written Have a strong attention to detail, proven customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and deadlines Compensation: The annual salary range is $29.14 - $36.40 hourly. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
