Job Description:

Confluent Development, LLC is a real estate development company that focuses on senior living, industrial, multifamily, and commercial developments across the United States. The Legal Department of Confluent Development, LLC is seeking a Legal Administrative Coordinator, reporting to the General Counsel and Legal Team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 5+ years of experience supporting executive or partner-level team member(s)
  • Ideal candidate will have a college degree and/or extensive experience supporting staff members at the executive or partner-level
  • Commercial real estate and/or legal experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with other administrative staff, executive team members, external stakeholders to meet various deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Prepare, proofread, and review materials such as legal documents, contracts, amendments, and resolutions
  • Manage extremely active calendars and project related deadlines
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems and tracking systems for legal and regulatory documents, contracts, and compliance materials, ensuring that deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Provide extensive administrative support, including but not limited, document search, document retrieval, and coordination of conference calls, signature pages, meetings, and projects issues
  • This position is typically office-based, with the possibility of remote work arrangements after an introductory period. This role may require after-office hours when required to meet deadlines

Skills:

  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, Box, DocuSign, Adobe, etc.
  • Notary public (or willing to become a notary public)
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, adaptable and flexible, a problem solver, organized, and excellent at time management

Salary Range:

$60,000-$80,000, depending on experience, education, skills, etc.
