Description:
Our client is currently seeking a legal assistant to join their team and assist with administrative and litigation matters. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Field incoming calls and emails and respond to client queries in a timely manner.
- Draft and file all paperwork into an online database.
- Manage Attorney calendar through court depositions and client meetings.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system.
- Assist in legal research and communicate findings with attorneys.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous experience working in a legal office is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
