Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 5+ years functioning in an insurance defense capacity with specific experience in auto/trucking/transportation, commercial litigation, premises liability & bodily injury type matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and a great multitasker
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in state & federal court rules
• Prior trial experience is a plus
