LHH is recruiting a Temp-to-Hire Legal Assistant for a law firm in Hudson, Ohio. The legal assistant will assist attorneys with labor & employment and workers' compensation matters.Responsibilities:Managing and coordinating attorney schedules and court deadlines.Electronically file pleadings and motions in state and federal courts.Transcribe dictation of correspondence, memoranda, legal pleadings, and other documents.Coordinate logistics for conferences and depositions, including attorney travel arrangements.Opening and closing case files, including managing client intake information.Enter attorney billable time through automated systems and ensure accuracy.Preparing monthly client invoices.Maintain paper and electronic litigation files per team procedures.Would you like to learn more about the Temp-to-Hire Legal Assistant position that LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for in Hudson, Ohio.
