Elder Law/Trusts and Estates Paralegal 5 years' experience Experience with Medicaid applications, preparing probate documents for court filing (preferably on NYSBA hot docs), and estate and trust administration. The Paralegal will also have heavy client contact so experience in that area and good people skills are necessary.
