Job Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the legal bill review team and oversee and manage eBilling legal invoice review process internally.
* Manage and assist with all bill support activities including analysis and review of invoices submitted by legal vendors, handle and resolve invoice escalations, including law firm appeal of invoice review and billing guideline inquiries.
* Assist in defining best practices regarding law firm invoice review.
* Conduct Claims and law firm training on billing, invoice review, best practices, and utilization of the corporate eBilling platform.
* Manage and direct outside legal vendor quality assessment review including process improvement.
* Proactively identify opportunities to assess and improve the service quality of the bill review workflow.
* Understand customer needs, analyze and resolve problems effectively, adjust work style to meet customer requirements.
