Hybrid Position (onsite 3 Days a Week)

Detroit, Michigan

Salary Range: $45,360-$56,700/yr

Shift Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-6pm; 8.5 hour day with a FLEXIBLE START TIME)

About the Contract Management Specialist - Legal Position

As a vital member of our contract management team, you will support legal staff in managing various contracts and conducting essential research. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of processes, procedures, and systems necessary for achieving our company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or a Bachelors degree with a Paralegal or Legal Assistant certificate.
  • Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to successfully complete approximately two weeks of mandatory paid training (start time may vary based on trainer availability).
  • Proficient in conducting key term searches and providing excellent customer care.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

  • Provide legal document support.
  • Process physical mail.
  • Prepare discovery tracking logs.
  • Submit document requests for various contracts.
  • Schedule custodian interviews.
  • Produce and manage document production.

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,360-$56,700.
