JOHNLEONARD is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join our client's growing team in Boston. Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services industry is required.
The Legal Executive Assistant will provide assistance to and manage resources for a team of attorneys across various practice areas, primarily litigation and transactional. You will also handle standard administrative functions, including answering, screening, placing phone calls, opening and routing mail as directed, maintaining files, records, attorney calendars and time records, and preparing attorney expense reports.
