• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
• Employ various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.

Qualifications:

• JD Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Live in the Southern California area

Preferred Skills:

• Prior sales experience

Pay range and compensation package:

At the time of posting, the base compensation for this role in California is $66,560 with the potential for bonus being unlimited!
