Job Description: As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be expected to: · Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner · Maintain a proper and professional demeanor · Gather and enter vital information into Case Management software · Consult with attorneys to review potential case facts and determine best course of action for prospective clients · Correspond with prospective clients through phone calls, text messages, e-mails, regular mail, and/or social media platforms · Coordinate meetings between potential clients and attorneys
· Perform audits of staff and data integrity · Additional duties as assigned

Education: · High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: · Microsoft Office: 3 years · Personal Injury Claims Review/Processing: 6+ Months
Preferred Experience: · Previous Customer Service/Phone Experience: 6+ Months · Needles/Neos Case Management Software
