You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on clients' lives excites you, start your application today!Compensation: $22 - $24.50 per hourResponsibilities:Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothlyScreen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understoodOrganize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client filesWork with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new casesBook consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurateSchedule initial consultations for potential new clients and follow up to ensure that the potential clients show up for their appointments preparedFollow up with leads who failed to set or show up for scheduled appointmentsManage data entry in the firm's CRM to ensure proper lead reporting and follow-up are conductedCoordinate with the marketing department to ensure an adequate flow of qualified leadsQualifications: Previous customer service or sales experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience with CRM and case management software desiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredExcellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to pass a Background check with a valid driver's license in good standingAbout CompanyMedical coverage with a national network and the firm pays for 75% of the Employee portion401(k) retirement plan with a 4% matchingHealth, dental, vision/Rx, pet, Aflac, and life insurance policy optionsCompany paid $50,000 Life Insurance PolicyPaid time off 10 days of vacation, 7 days of personal, and 8 paid holidaysCollaborative management philosophyProfessional, respectful, and diverse work culture#WHLAW1Compensation details: 22-24.5 Hourly WagePI25ed563a5ea2-26289-#######6
