You must be a great verbal and written communicator and be able to align prioritization of multiple responsibilities with daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Ideally, you will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, and adaptable to change. Working proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment will put you on a growth path within the company. You will work closely with the Legal Teams, Account Executive Teams, Client Services Teams, and Operations in addition to other cross-functional partners.Position Responsibilities: Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as letters, lawsuits, judgments, and affidavits, as well as correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings with the court, utilizing electronic filing systems Legal Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and court rules in preparing and handling cases. Arrange loan packages for outside counsel Organize and manage accounts to keep information current and accessible Database / Data Entry: Maintain system integrity (record keeping, reporting) Take initiative to train and mentor new CCMR3 hires Build and strengthen positive relationships with the company's clients by providing exceptional service and client education Provide a wide range of customer support, including process education, troubleshooting, and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction Perform general clerical dutiesMinimum Qualifications: The ability to methodically approach a high volume of tasks with impeccable accuracy. Ability to handle a high volume of work with minimal supervision. Superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Superior customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients and team members. Ability to understand and identify client needs, identify issues, and make appropriate recommendations. Problem-solving mindset Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in organizing workflow and finding new solutions. Sound judgement and decision-making ability with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and daily tasks.
