Job Summary:The Legal Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, primarily answering phone calls and greeting guests at the reception area. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, along with prior reception experience. The Legal Receptionist will assist with administrative tasks, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with document preparation and formatting using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of related business experience, preferably in a legal or administrative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive approach to work
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
- Strong administrative background with experience supporting office operations
