Partner With a Large Law Firm
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Associate to deliver a seamless, professional experience for our clients, guests, and internal teams. This multifaceted role involves records management, and delivering outstanding client hospitality, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards and policies.
Hospitality & Client Services:
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every client and guest interaction.
- Establish and maintain a high level of professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
- Provide high-level communication with staff, clients, and customers at all organizational levels.
- Open and close reception areas and workspaces, ensuring full preparation for operations.
- Greet and register guests, coordinate visiting office reservations, and manage building conference room bookings.
- Schedule and confirm conference room reservations, including setup and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in reception and waiting areas, conference rooms, and lounges.
- Back-up hospitality services in the conference center and DW Lounge as needed.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Operate and maintain various office equipment (copying, binding, faxing, mail handling, etc.).
- Monitor and restock office and conference room supplies; identify re-order needs.
- Input and manage expense disbursements using Chrome River.
- Perform status reporting for conference rooms and manage visitor security lists.
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
